High-density polyethylene, or HDPE, is a durable, waterproof material ideally suited to adventure vans. It will not rot, swell, delaminate, absorb odors, or require sealing and refinishing. HDPE also resists impacts, stains, corrosion, and many common chemicals, while its subtly textured surface helps conceal fingerprints and everyday wear.
Available in a broad range of rich colors, HDPE introduces personality without relying on paint or fragile decorative coatings. Because the color extends throughout the material, routed edges remain consistent and minor scratches are less noticeable.
OVC uses precision CNC machining to transform HDPE into cabinetry components, doors, drawer fronts, trim, utility panels, and custom interior details. Corners can be rounded, edges softened, and patterns engraved directly into the surface. The result combines low maintenance, long-term durability, and extensive design freedom—giving customers another way to make their van unmistakably their own.
