Strong, Custom, Affordable.

Built for rough roads. Designed around you. Priced with discipline.

OVC combines durable construction, precision craftsmanship, and meaningful personalization to create adventure vans that perform beautifully—without unnecessary cost.

OVC currently specializes in high-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cargo vans. Focusing on one proven platform allows us to refine our engineering, control costs, and deliver consistently strong results—while preserving extensive freedom in layout, equipment, and appearance. Support for Ford Transit and Ram ProMaster vans is planned for the future, once our systems for those vehicles have been fully developed and validated.

BONES OF THE BUILD

All OVC modules are framed out with extruded aluminum with bolted connections, never gussets or braces which can loosen and slip.

Aluminum extrusion—also called T-slot aluminum, aluminum profile, or informally “80/20”—is a lightweight structural framing material with precisely formed channels and faces. Unlike wood framing, aluminum will not rot, swell, or loosen as humidity changes. Its precision also creates reliable reference points for aligning floors, cabinetry, utilities, and other components.

POWER SIMPLIFIED.

OVC uses appropriately sized BLUETTI power stations as the van's electrical brawn and brains. It combines essential power-management functions in one factory-assembled unit, providing options such as 120-volt AC, 12-volt DC, solar and shore-power charging, expansion batteries, and rapid charging through the BLUETTI Charger 2.

CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS WITHOUT STARTING OVER.

A custom van should reflect its owner without requiring every cabinet, bed, drawer, and galley to be redesigned from scratch. OVC develops reusable component designs that provide proven starting points while preserving extensive freedom to adapt each build. Dimensions, drawer arrangements, colors, surfaces, hardware, and features can change without repeating the original engineering.

A NIMBLE BUILD PROCESS.

OVC intends to complete a typical conversion in approximately one month once the design, vehicle, and materials are ready. Speed comes from eliminating duplicated effort, preventable mistakes, and idle time—not from rushing workmanship or limiting creativity. The result is a distinctive, precisely fabricated van delivered sooner and with fewer labor hours added to the customer’s final price.

THE OVC LIMITED WARRANTY.

5-Year / 60,000-Mile Structural Warranty

OVC-built load-bearing components are covered against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use. This includes floor structures, cabinet and module frames, mounting brackets, bed platforms, drawer frames, and other permanent structures fabricated and installed by OVC.

3-Year / 36,000-Mile Workmanship Warranty

Our installation workmanship is covered against defects under normal recreational use, including OVC-installed cabinetry, panels, fasteners, wiring terminations, plumbing connections, mounting systems, and other conversion work.

1-Year Shakeout Adjustment Coverage

During the first year, OVC will correct minor workmanship-related settling issues such as drawer or door alignment, trim fitment, latch adjustment, and minor squeaks or rattles.

Third-Party Components

Purchased appliances and equipment remain covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. OVC will assist with diagnosis and warranty coordination where practical, but approval and replacement decisions belong to the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty excludes normal wear, cosmetic aging, misuse, neglect, collisions, freezing, overloading, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, off-road abuse, water intrusion through open doors, windows, or vents, and failure to follow OVC care instructions.
